Our Reading
We are learning to read with fluency and expression. We make our reading sound interesting. That means that we change our voice when someone is talking in the story. We know someone is talking when we see the speech marks (" " ) .We stop at a full stop (.) and have a little rest at a comma (,).

The Sun
The sun is the star at the centre of the solar system. We made our suns using a paper plate. We stuck yellow and orange paper on it and made the sun's rays with folded pieces of plastic.

Today we made jelly
Today we all made a jelly each because we were reading a book where the rabbit made jellies for his friends. Tomorrow we are going to eat the jellies.
Tasha Hohaia visited our school assembly
